How does the sync with Airbnb and Booking.com work?
Both platforms support iCal calendars. Your website regularly reads their calendars and blocks occupied dates, while sending its own calendar of website bookings back to them. Everything happens automatically — no manual entry.
How is the 3% per reservation charged?
We charge 3% of the value of bookings made directly through your website only — reservations from Airbnb and Booking.com are not charged. You receive a monthly statement with a clear overview of all reservations. For comparison: the platforms take 15% or more for the same booking. No direct bookings — no charge.
How long does it take to build the website?
Once you send us photos and property details, the website is typically ready to publish within 1–2 weeks.
Do I need my own domain?
You don't need one upfront — we register the domain (e.g. your-villa.com) for you, and it is registered in your name and remains yours.
Can I change the content later?
Yes — send us photo, price or copy changes by e-mail; updates are included in the price. Templates with an admin panel let you edit part of the content yourself.
